Managing Teams of Creators

I the Fall 2019 semester, my Junior Fall at Columbia University, I was approached about interviewing for a position as the Lead Designer for the 126th Annual Varsity Show. Fast forward to January 2, 2021. I had the pleasure of managing teams of not only designers, but of artists and editors as well, to put together this show and ensure, alongside the Director and Producers, that the show came out to be a cohesive work, yet diverse enough to be engaging for the duration of the production, and always true to the values of the Varsity Show.
